Theo Krenek, President, began
building with his father in Bastrop county during the late 70's. After
completing college with a degree in computer science, he worked in the
technology industry and built homes in northwest Austin. Returning to his
full-time passion of homebuilding, with his technical background, he sought
alternative technologies to provide the best long-term value in home
construction.
